3 Lacsonians land 3 slots in DOLE  Best Employees Search

Three employees of the JBLFMU Molo were chosen to be among the Top 4 of the The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Search for Outstanding Workers/Employees in the Private Sector.
 
Mr. Donie Alvon Mañosa, Guidance Counselor landed the top 1 spot, with Mr. Godfrey Antonio (faculty, maritime high school)  on the 3rd spot and Dr. Jasper Victoriano (faculty, College of Maritime Education)  on the 4th spot.
 
The DOLE through its Regional Coordinating Council comprised of DOLE’s family agencies and partner organizations conducted the said search which is now on its 2nd year to recognize the outstanding performance of significant contributions of workers/employees in their companies.  
 
The search is open to all Filipino citizens who belong to rank and file workers/employees in the private companies/establishments which is duly registered under the Philippine Laws in Western Visayas and compliant on General Labor Standards (GLS), and other DOLE regulatory requirements.
 
To qualify, the employees need endorsement or nomination by their peer or group, or by a non-government organization assisting the labor group, or by any reputable organization, or by their company/establishment provided, the said company is compliant on GLS and other DOLE regulatory requirements.
 
The Search criteria comprise Performance -30); Leadership -25%; Productivity and Innovation -25%; and Behavioral Performance and Character -20%.
 
Capt. Alfred Espinosa, administrator of the JBLFMU Molo, congratulated the winners from the unit and said that they all are deserving of the award given that they were properly endorsed by his office also as good performers in their workplace.
