Farmer's Son is JBLCF Bacolod's MOG

A young farmer's son took home the Most Outstanding Graduate award from the JBLCF Bacolod Graduation rites recently.
Deck Cadet Prince Noel Cainap, an Odfjell Phils., Inc.  Scholar under the NSA Program is grateful of having parents who believed in education and sent him to school despite the financial constraints.  He graduated Cum Laude; Most Outstanding graduate; Most Outstanding Student in Co-curricular; awardee for Excellence in Arts, Excellence in Journalism, Excellence in Research; one of the Ten Outstanding Maritime Students of the Philippines 2016, Vanguard of Excellence Awardee and is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Carrier, the official publication of the JBLCF-Bacolod. Cainap is also one of the Unit Model Cadets of Bacolod.
Cainap is 20 years old and a resident of Brgy. Payao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental and graduated secondary education from a barangay school Payao National High School. His father, Artemio is a farmer and his mother, Leonila, is an elementary school teacher. Despite marrying at a very early age his parents make it sure that they will be able to send him to a good school the reason why at the age of 20, he has an only sister Princessnyle who is 14 months old.
He said that poverty will never be a hindrance if you set yourself into something. He is very much grateful to the way he was raised by his parents and to the school who opened the doors for him to achieve high, the JBLCF Bacolod.
