The TOSIA is an annual search for outstanding students in both high school and college levels. It intends to give due honor and credit to students who are not only outstanding in academics and leadership, but most importantly, have that high sense of social responsibility. Contestants are nominated by the school and are screened through a submission of bidbooks containing evidences of their leadership, academic, and community involvement activities and events. After the initial screening, contestants are further screened through a panel interview.

The  Awarding Ceremony will be held on March 19, 2017 at Robinsons Place Iloilo.
