BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MARINE TRANSPORTATION (BSMT)
1.    To prepare the midshipmen to become future deck officers.
2.    To equip the midshipmen with the necessary skills and competence required on board as set forth by STCW 78 as amended.
3.    To offer quality maritime education and training in preparation for a career at sea as officers or employment on land in related fields.
4.    To inculcate moral, spiritual, and intellectual values to the midshipmen.
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MARINE ENGINEERING (BSMarE)
1.    To prepare the cadets to become future engine officers.
2.    To train Marine Engineering cadets to acquire the necessary skills in conformance to the standards set forth by STCW 78 as amended.
3.    To equip the cadets with necessary skills that will enable them for alternative livelihood or change of career path.
4.    To inculcate moral, spiritual, and intellectual values to the midshipmen.
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION (BSCA)
This is a four-year course designed to meet the demands of the government and the private sector for competitive professionals in the country's import and export industry. The program is equipped with a curriculum intended to prepare the students in carrying out the principles of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as well as regulations related to cargo handling. Educational trips and on-the-job trainings are provided to expose the students to the actual scene of the business and to provide them with the attitude, skills and knowledge essential to their profession.
» Specifically the program aims to:
1.    produce competent graduates to meet the demands of the import and export industry;
2.    produce competent graduates knowledgeable of government functions and regulations especially in importation and exportation;
3.    prepare the students for the Customs Brokers board examinations;
4.    develop students to become well-rounded individuals;
5.    inculcate moral values to the students in dealing with others not only in the workplace but also in the public; and
6.    enhance the skills and knowledge of the students through training, exposure and research.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT MAJOR IN CRUISE SHIP SERVICES (BSHRM-CSS)
Today's organizations need managers who are familiar with hotel and restaurant operations, competent in customer relation and skillful in culinary arts, food service, housekeeping, and bartending services. To keep abreast in catering to such demands, a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management major in Cruise Ship Services program is designed for students who intend to pursue a professional career in hotel and restaurant management with an extended background in the updates on skills and information regarding the hospitality industry.

ONE-YEAR SEAFARER: Catering/Stewarding
The program in SEAFARER: Catering/Stewarding was created and structured on actual preparation for a job on board vessel. This course consists of hotel and restaurant operations for passenger ship, cargo and tanker.
The curriculum for SEAFARER: Catering/Stewarding focuses on culinary arts and stewarding which include food preparations and services, catering management, bar tendering, housekeeping, seamanship, safety and emergency procedures.
A 320-hour practical experience in a reputable organization which includes at least 55 hours practical experience on board sea going vessels or training vessels is designed to provide the students experience and exposure to the real scenario of their work and the workplace.
