JBLF shall provide:
Quality education and training through instruction, research and extension, in its unrelenting quest for excellence as a major global supplier of world-class technical and professional manpower.

Vision

The JBLF System shall be the leading institution in quality education and training through Total Quality Assurance and shall be a major global supplier of competent, qualified and morally upright professionals and leaders in loyal service to God, Country and Company. As a socially responsible corporate citizen, the JBLF System shall advocate ethics in its undertakings and address environmental and community concerns.

Quality Policy

The JBLF System Quality Policy is “to comply with national and international standards and strive to exceed stakeholders’ expectations”.

Strategic Objectives General: JBLF System shall continuously develop individuals into competent, well-rounded individuals who will perform positive roles in society.

Specific: JBLF System shall equip the students with the conceptual and technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and competence required for the practice of their profession by providing them with a discipline-oriented and competency based curricula to develop flexibility and the right attitude as professionals committed to the service of God and country. JBLF shall also embark on alternative learning program such as ETEEAP, Distance Education/Open Learning and Skills Training thus, giving cognizance to the expertise ofprofessionals who have proven their worth in the exercise of their respective profession. All management plans, academic plans, training plans and quality activities should be aligned to the quality objectives.
