Sincere smiles and warm applause from proud parents and students filled the John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo) Inc. covered gym as the university held its 2026 Recognition Program, May 12.

A total of 395 students from the College of Maritime Education received academic excellence awards for the academic year 2025-2026.

One hundred two students from BSMT II and 178 students from BSMT I were recognized as Deanโ€™s Listers.

Meanwhile, 115 students from BSMT III were honored as academic excellence awardees, three of whom were awarded With High Honors.

This yearโ€™s recognition program featured Mr. Francis Oliver G. Pama, MBA, CLSSYB, CDTP as the guest speaker. He delivered meaningful advice to the students and parents present in the ceremony.

The recognition program also acknowledged students who excelled in extracurricular activities such as sports, arts, and campus journalism.
