She is the Founder and Past Program Head of the Bachelor of Science in Cruise Ship Management Program, a groundbreaking course designed to prepare students for careers in the cruise industry, focusing on hospitality and management roles onboard.
In addition, she founded the 10-Months Institutional Basic Seafarer’s Catering Management Course, an intensive program aimed at equipping seafarers with the skills necessary to excel in catering and food service management on ships. Her work has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with international maritime standards.
