Fun-filled games, engaging activities, delicious food, and plenty of laughter marked the recent Team Building Activity of JBLFMU (Arevalo), Inc., bringing together faculty and staff for a day of camaraderie, learning, and meaningful reflection.
Beyond the excitement and friendly competition, participants also took part in a seminar on workplace bullying led by Dr. Geneva M. Eler, Dean of the Graduate School. During her discussion, she emphasized the importance of kindness, respect, and professionalism in the workplace, reminding employees that bullying has no place in an environment that values teamwork and mutual support.
The successful conduct of the activity was made possible through the unwavering support of the institution's administrators, particularly Mr. Robert O. Parcia, and the dedicated efforts of Human Resource Head Dr. Cristy Cangrejo.
More than just a day of recreation, the activity strengthened relationships among employees and reinforced the values of respect, unity, and compassion that continue to guide the JBLFMU community.
