Congratulations to JBLCF- Bacolod for winning Champions in Cake Supreme competition and Chef Dessert Wars in the recently concluded Big Bite: Sweet Central competition held at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central Bacolod, Activity Center on August 23 -25, 2024.
The skilled and passionate contestants of the College of Business and Education who joined the competition in Cake Supreme flaunted their skills and creativity in decorating a graduation cake that stood out among all cake entries, while the competitors in Chef Dessert Wars uniquely innovated the well-known Ginataang Lugaw into a whole new appealing dessert beating all competitors from various colleges and universities across Bacolod and Negros Occidental.
