The entire JBLCF- B and the Basic Education Department proudly celebrate a remarkable achievement as Central Student Council President, Ms. Trisha Ann Apio, has been officially elected as a Board Member of the United Nations Youth Association of the Philippines.

This prestigious appointment marks a significant first for our school, highlighting not only Trisha’s dedication to youth leadership but also the growing presence of our institution in national and international youth platforms.
Representing the voice, passion, and vision of young Filipinos, Trisha takes on this national leadership role during the “2030 IS NOW: The 1st Philippine Youth Convention on SDG Localization”, carrying the theme:
“From Where YOUth Lead: Localizing SDGs Now for 2030 and Beyond.”
Held on November 28–29, 2025, at Hotel St. Ellis, Legazpi City, Albay, this convention brings together young leaders committed to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local level. Trisha’s election affirms her capability to champion youth-driven change, amplifying the values of service, excellence, and global citizenship instilled in our students.
