John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Molo), Inc. Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps held the Local Annual General Tactical Inspection (LAGTI) 2026 on April 26 at the JBLFMU-Molo Covered Gym.
The program started with the arrival of Guest of Honor Capt. Raymund F. Umbac PN(GSC).
Cadets went through a series of evaluations, including semaphore drills, written examinations, rank inspection, and basic life support and combat medic assessments.
The annual inspection assessed cadets’ readiness, discipline, and performance in military training.
