The screening process was led by Capt. Theodoros Sikotakis (Ship Owner's Representative / Crew Manager) with Capt. Eugene C. Marcos (General Manager), Mis Rocelyn G. Intrepido (Crewing Manager), and Capt. Ryan Carasco (Company Seafarers Officers Representative). Our cadets completed written exams, online assessments, and interviews under their guidance, gaining valuable industry experience.
