- Licensed Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics and Communications Engineers
- Preferably Masterβs degree holders in their specialization
πππ§ππ©ππ’π ππ£π¨π©π§πͺππ©π€π§π¨ should be:
- BS Marine Engineering graduates
- Licensed Operational or Management Level Officers
- With at least 1 year of sea experience at their rank
- Preferably holding IMO Model Course 6.09 and 3.12 certificates
