John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Molo), Inc. officially opened Academic Year 2026–2027 through the Synergy program today, June 15.
Synergy is the university’s annual opening program that welcomes new and returning students while reinforcing institutional core values.


“Let’s make every day count, hold the values we imbued upon you, and strive to be the best version of yourselves,” Administrator Engr. Roberto Neal S. Sobrejuanite said in his opening address.
Christian F. Falcis, MED-SEC Governor, led the Values Sharing session, emphasizing the core value of Discipline.
The program featured a uniform showcase highlighting the pride and dignity of being a Lacsonian, followed by the presentation and pinning of the newly appointed Supreme Student Government (SSG) officers and advisers.
Students were also introduced to university clubs and organizations and participated in an orientation on discipline, school rules, and policies.
The event concluded with a campus tour, allowing new students to familiarize themselves with the university’s facilities.
