𝗝𝗕𝗟𝗙𝗠𝗨-𝗠 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗜-𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆

“Excellence is not about competence, it’s something we chase. It is showing up prepared for every class and every meeting. It is responding to students with patience,” Dr. Karenina P. Depamaylo emphasized in her special message.

Each awardee received a certificate of recognition for their outstanding contributions and commitment to the university’s mission, as well as for exemplifying the institution’s I-PLEDGE core values through service that reflected both their achievements and their values.

“Let excellence not be our destination but our way. Congratulations to all. Live out excellence,” Dr. Depamaylo added.

The program was followed by the Employees’ General Assembly, where Engr. Roberto Neal S. Sobrejuanite, Administrator, announced the ongoing campus repair and renovation projects.

Recognition served not only as a celebration of individual achievements but also as a reminder that embracing the university’s I-PLEDGE core values strengthens the JBLFMU community.
