JBLFMU-Molo congratulates our two BS Marine Engineering cadets who successfully passed the Hellenic Manning Overseas Inc. placement screening conducted on June 10 to 11, 2026. The screening, facilitated by Mr. Stavros Tiliakos, Owner's Representative, and Capt. Redentor I. Hecita, Assistant Training Manager, brought together qualified cadets from JBLFMU-Arevalo and JBLFMU-Molo for a series of written examinations and personal interviews.
Out of the 11 Marine Engineering completers from JBLFMU-Molo who participated in the screening, two earned a place among the company's successful candidates. This achievement reflects not only their preparation and determination but also their readiness to embrace the responsibilities of a future career at sea. As they move closer to their shipboard training, they carry with them the values that define every Lacsonian through the University's I-PLEDGE, particularly Integrity, Perseverance, Excellence, Discipline, Loyalty, and Equity.
JBLFMU-Molo also extends its heartfelt appreciation to Hellenic Manning Overseas Inc. for its continued confidence in the capabilities of our cadets and for its commitment to developing future maritime professionals. Guided by the shared principles of integrity, professionalism, and excellence, our partnership continues to provide meaningful opportunities that prepare Lacsonians for the demands of the global maritime industry.
To our two successful cadets, congratulations on this remarkable milestone. May this accomplishment inspire you to continue striving for excellence as you prepare for the next chapter of your maritime journey. Your JBLFMU-Molo family celebrates this success with you and wishes you fair winds and following seas.
