JBLFMU-Molo proudly congratulates Ms. Weezie Kay Manucan, Program Head of the BS Tourism Management Program, and Dr. Louise May Lim, Faculty Member of the College of Business and Management, for successfully completing the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE): Train-the-Trainers Course – Academe Level, conducted by the Department of Tourism Region VI in partnership with the Department of Tourism Central Office at District 21 Hotel, Iloilo City, from July 13–16, 2026.


Ms. Manucan and Dr. Lim are now Certified Regional Enterprise FBSE Trainers, equipped to champion service excellence and authentic Filipino hospitality in tourism education. Adding to this remarkable achievement, Ms. Manucan was recognized as Top 2 – Best in Demo Teaching (Cluster 2).


These accomplishments underscores JBLFMU-Molo's continuing commitment to quality education, faculty development, and the promotion of Filipino values: MakaDiyos, MakaTao, MakaKalikasan, MakaBansa, Masayahin, May Bayanihan and May Pag-asa. Through dedicated educators, the University continues to strengthen its role in preparing future tourism professionals who embody the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence.
