JBLFMU-MOLO, INC. Technical-Vocational Center proudly welcomed Eastern Pacific Shipping (Philippines) Inc. as it conducted its cadetship screening for the graduates of the 10 Month Institutional Basic Seafarers Catering Management (IBSCM).
The recruitment team was led by Capt. Rommel Andan, Manager, together with 2/M Romel Dalisay, Recruitment & Training Supervisor from Transglobal Manning Agency. Their visit provided an excellent opportunity for aspiring seafarers to take a significant step toward launching their maritime careers.
Through a comprehensive personal interview, the recruitment team carefully assessed each applicantβs competence, professionalism, and overall potential to become future Messmen serving aboard international vessels. The screening process focused on identifying individuals who not only possess the required technical knowledge and practical skills but also demonstrate the character, discipline, and work ethic expected in the global maritime industry.
