JBLFMU-Molo proudly recognizes two outstanding members of its academic community who have been named among the Top 5 Finalists in the nationwide search for The Outstanding PERAA Member (TOPM), an esteemed recognition conferred by the Private Educators Retirement Annuity Association (PERAA).

As the Department Head of the Technical-Vocational Center, Dr. Torres is known for her dedication to excellence and her passion for fostering camaraderie among employees through fellowship and development activities. Her commitment to quality, attention to detail, and pursuit of excellence are reflected not only in her work but also in the standards she instills in the trainees of the Technical-Vocational Center.

A respected Faculty Member of the College of Maritime Education, Dr. Emague teaches Social Sciences courses and actively champions Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives. He serves as adviser to the United Lacsonian Students of Antique, Team Dugong Bughaw, and the Marinero Organization. Beyond the classroom, he mentors students as a coach of the Mr. and Miss JBLFMU-Molo candidates, exemplifying his dedication to student growth, leadership, and holistic development.

Their achievement places them among the distinguished roster of JBLFMU-Molo winners and finalists, further strengthening the University's tradition of excellence in the TOPM competition since its first participation in 2012.

As a community, we celebrate this remarkable milestone and commend Dr. Torres and Dr. Emague for bringing honor and pride to JBLFMU-Molo through their exemplary service, leadership, and commitment to education.
