The Philippine National Police – Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Group (PNP-EOD/K9) discussed Project ABKD (Awareness of Bombs that Kill Lives and Destroy Properties) and raised awareness about the dangers of bomb threats and active shooting incidents.
The seminar highlighted the importance of proper preparation, awareness, and appropriate response during such emergencies, fostering among us Lacsonians the values of resilience, vigilance, and preparedness in facing unexpected challenges.
