John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Molo), Inc. conducted the Student Innovation Bootcamp 2026 at the CSM Function Hall today, in preparation for Mission Objective Week (MOW) 2026.

The bootcamp featured sessions on innovation mindset and design thinking, prototyping and proof of concept, as well as sustainability, implementation, and intellectual property (IP) awareness.

This was followed by four workshops that challenged students to validate problems, create solutions, and develop their own prototypes and innovation pitches.

After the workshops, the students rehearsed their pitches, underwent mentoring, and participated in a team pitch challenge to further develop their ideas.

The program concluded with a post-assessment and evaluation, providing students with insights as they prepare for the MOW competition.
