But that idea is as ancient as the time when women couldn’t vote, couldn’t lead, couldn’t dream beyond imposed limits.

That era is long gone. Women have fought for—and earned—their rightful place at the table.

Because this isn’t about privilege or chance. It’s about a dream—a dream shared by countless young women who long to set sail and be part of the force that commands the seas.

Because the ocean calls no name, knows no gender. It demands only courage.

What we fear is not the sea, but the choice to stay still. To never try. To never find ourselves in the tilt and sway of a vessel that might just feel like home.

And this 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 2025, we celebrate our growing number.

We have become formidable—no longer just a few, but a movement rising with every wave we conquer.

We continue to set the course, so that one day, more women will find the courage to be among the seas.
