Unleashing a surge of speed and power in each stroke, they overwhelmed the well-experienced Iloilo Dragons and Sugbu Mighty Dragon Boat Team with a series of explosive bursts in the 200-meter race, earning the championship title in the Under 24 and Open Premier Category.
The Iloilo City Charter Day Dragon Boat Regatta race is organized by the Iloilo Dragons Dragon Boat Club Inc., in collaboration with the Iloilo City Government and the DepEd Division of Iloilo City.
In its second year, the Iloilo City Charter Day Dragon Boat Regatta aims to reignite the Ilonggo spirit, foster youth sportsmanship and fitness, and showcase the enduring charm of the City of Iloilo.
