Jan Reynard Galilea, both fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Cruise Ship Management students, were named Outstanding Student Leaders of the Philippines 2025 Finalists during the awarding ceremony held on October 3 at the Venus Parkview Hotel, Baguio City, as part of the 1st Outstanding Student Leaders and 5th Student Affairs Services National Convention 2025.
Tarroja, The Seagullβs Editor-in-Chief, advocates for Healthcare Access for All, while Galilea, the publicationβs News Editor, champions Education for every less-privileged yet highly determined learner.
According to Dr. Angeli N. Sebastian, Dean of the College of Business and Management, their recognition adds another feather to JBLFMU's cap, embodying the universityβs core values of Integrity, Perseverance, and Excellence.
Out of over 200 applicants nationwide, only 20 emerged as finalists for this year's search.
