We were honored to have Capt. Mihai Zaharia, Seaspan Romanian Regional Crewing Representative, and Mr. Andrei Carlo Turibio, Marine Consultant Support Head of PTC, who introduced the Seaspan legacy, its global presence, values, and commitment to developing world-class seafarers.

In attendance were JBLFMU cadets from both Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and Marine Engineering, together with Capt. Luis G. Evidente, Member of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Robert O. Parcia, Administrator of JBLFMU–Arevalo.

This collaboration reinforces the shared values of Leadership, Excellence, Integrity, and Discipline, which serve as guiding principles for both JBLFMU and Seaspan in shaping competent, value-driven maritime professionals.
