MW/CAPT Angel Hope V. Tabladillo O-1CL, Corps Commander of the 802nd NROTC Unit (JBLFMU-Molo), represented the Philippine Navy Reserve Officers' Training Corps in the ROTC Cultural Understanding and Leadership Program (CULP) 2025 held at Mangilao, Guam, United States of America from November 12-17, 2025.

Tabladillo, with fellow selected PH Navy ROTC cadets, joined selected cadets from the Philippine Army and Air Force ROTC units to participate in leadership activities and cross-cultural exchanges alongside international cadets.
Currently a third-year Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management student, Tabladillo's participation highlights the capability of Filipino cadets to engage on the global stage and brings pride to John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Molo), Inc. and the Philippine Navy.
CULP, the Cultural Understanding and Leadership Program, is an ROTC exchange program for military cadets to gain cultural immersion, improve language proficiency, foster international relations, and develop skills in diplomacy, strategic thinking, and adaptability through hands-on, real-world situations.
