In honor of the late Captain John B. Lacson, swim teams from across Western Visayas took part in the much-anticipated two-day event, highlighting the athletes’ remarkable talent and discipline.

Secretary General Eric Buhain of PAI graced the JBLFMU–Panay competition, where young swimmers displayed passion and determination that underscored the value of grassroots development, while Region 6 Director Jojo Quilop and Coaches Ronald and Ivy Sta. Ana were instrumental in nurturing athletes and helping deliver a successful event that reflects the university’s commitment to fostering excellence in competitive swimming.
The event was made possible through the support and partnerships of Philippine Aquatics and the Congress of Philippine Aquatics Inc., whose collaboration helped ensure the smooth execution and continued growth of the annual Swimfest.
