Strengthening Community Finance: JBLFMU CES Supports CoMSCA Cycle 4 in Nueva Valencia

On November 7, 2023, JBLFMU Community Extension Services (CES) personnel actively participated in the CoMSCA meeting of the Fast Cash Group in Barangay Poblacion, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras. The activity marked the 4th cycle of the CoMSCA program in the barangay, now on its 18th week of implementation. The cycle is set to culminate with a share-out activity on its 20th week. This continuing engagement reflects the sustained commitment of JBLFMU CES to promoting financial cooperation, savings discipline, and inclusive community development. The initiative highlights the role of structured financial literacy programs in empowering community members and strengthening grassroots economic resilience.
