  • When the news broke out about the Covid-19 Pandemic, the nation was put under lockdown on last March 16, 2020. It has been two long, challenging and uncertain years.

Everyone was ordered to stay home to control the spread of the virus. Schools, businesses and other activities were also shut down.

This pandemic limited our autonomy by staying home, we were confined and it introduced us to the new life routines. To some, the Pandemic brought them fears, anxiety, depression and frustrations.

Nonetheless, the pandemic made us discover ourselves and re-discover families. It brought us closer to our families, no matter the distance may be. A significant milestone for the country is the implementation of blended learning in education. The past two school years of distant learning were challenging and perplexing; yet we survive.

Education in the new normal is finally here, after two years of learning from our gadgets and screens, we are back to school!

Students and teachers are back to the in-campus/face-to-face mode of instruction. A hundred percent face-to face classes for the BSMarE, BSMT and BSHM courses started last April 18, 2022.

Minimum health protocols are implemented and observed.

Fukujin Kisen Co. Ltd is a company and an institution which advocates safe and sustainable Maritime Industry and Education. During his inspirational message, Mr. T. Seno stressed the importance of Education and that students should do their best to make their parents proud and he wished them to become successful in the future.
