We at JBLFMU Arevalo, one of the units of the John B Lacson Foundation Maritime Universty, is equally proud with other units for being a maritime vanguard. Not only are we one of the most sought after schools in Western Visayas but we are the only maritime university in the Philippines.

The essence of being a maritime vanguard lies in the focus and commitment in ensuring that each of our student leaves our portals equipped with the necessary skill and knowledge for the maritime world. The university, respective families and community partnerships are significant in attaining this process.

Our employees are committed in inculcating a culture of resilience, excellence, agility and leadership (REAL) as we believe that these are essentials for a life onboard a ship. Our trainings, laboratories and facilities allow learning on a timely basis, and provide the additional support so that each student becomes proficient in their prescribed goals.
