𝘕𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴 𝘖𝘯𝘦 - 𝘈𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘴, 𝘚𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦.

The JBLCF-Bacolod employees had their annual team-building and socialization at Villa Igang Beach Resort, Guimaras Island. The event featured team-building activities per team color and island hopping to Guimaras' beautiful islands and beaches. Employees also joined the Manggahan Festival, participating in a mango-eat-all-you-can activity.

They visited tourist spots like the Guimaras Windmill, Man-Made Forest, and bought pasalubong at the Trappist Monastery, sampling the famous Guimaras mangoes. The event concluded with a fellowship night, where employees enjoyed live music and each other's company.

This activity was organized by the Human Resource Department, headed by Ms. Michelle Villanueva.
