Awarded by the Provincial Govt. of Negros Occ. And the Provincial Environmental Management Office, Negros Occidental-Gender and Development together with Honorable Governor Mr. Eugenio Jose V. Lacson.

Recognizing the exemplary contribution in Environmental protection, conservation and rehabilitation. With objectives to bring positive impacts for the environment and visibility to Woman as whole.
