The JBLCF-Bacolod community gathered to honor a legacy of leadership and embrace a future filled with promise as we bid farewell to our outgoing Administrator, Engr. Roberto Neal S. Sobrejuanite, and welcomed our incoming Administrator, Dr. Sylvino V. Tupas.
The heartfelt program paid tribute to both Engr. Sobrejuanite and former Administrator, Capt. Luis G. Evidente, acknowledging their dedication and contributions to the institution. Dr. Tupas, formerly our esteemed Quality Assurance Manager, now takes the helm, representing a seamless blend of institutional knowledge and a fresh perspective.
As we celebrate past achievements, we eagerly anticipate the journey ahead under Dr. Tupas's guidance. With gratitude for Engr. Sobrejuanite and Capt. Evidente's service, and unwavering confidence in Dr. Tupas's leadership, the JBLCF-Bacolod community embarks on a new chapter of growth, innovation, and shared success.
