John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation- Bacolod College of Red Cross Youth Council once again demonstrated its excellence in first aid skills by clinching the overall championship title. The SENIOR PLUS RED CROSS YOUTH COUNCIL from the Basic Education Department, secured the 1st runner-up post. The Red Cross First Aid Olympics was held on September 29, 2024, at Luisa Medel National High School with 15 participating school councils.
