In orientation on Manual Conference and Recognition of IAMU Reviewers and Paper Presentors aa consistent drive to strive, International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) held its Ot John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University during the institution’s 78th Foundation Week.

The event was held yesterday, February 3, with the presence of Dr. Ronald Raymond L. Sebastian, Chief Executive Officer; Capt. Luis G. Evidente, Ph.D., Board of Trustees and Consultant for External Affairs; and Capt. Yusuke Mori, Ph.D., Deputy Executive Director of IAMU.

Discussion about IAMU Orientation on Conference Manual started the program, spearheaded by Capt. Mori.

 It was soon followed by recognition of IAMU Reviewers and Paper Presentors led by Dr. Sebastian and Capt. Evidente.

 JBLFMU-A’s 2/M Loren Steve Glumalid was awarded as the IAMU Paper Presentee and Engr. Roderick R. Germo, Ph.D., was granted as an awardee for being one of the IAMU Peer Reviewer.

 This event aligns with the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG): Quality Education (SDG 4) and Partnership for the Goals (SDG 17).
