Mdpn. Gary Ralph Weller Jr. from John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo), Inc. and Mdpwn. Sheinedy Guzon of John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation-Bacolod were hailed as Mr. and Ms. JBLFMU on February 6.

Both the aforementioned winners took home three special awards: Best in Talent, Best in Formal Wear, and Best in Interview for Mdpn. Weller and Ms. Congeniality, Best in Playsuit, and Best in Formal Wear for Mdpwn. Guzon.

On the other hand, Mdpn. Stephano Jose Peralta from JBLFMU-Molo and Mdpwn. Mitjy Demetillo from JBLCF-Bacolod were declared as the 1st Runner-Up and Mdpn. Joaquin Miguel Zulueta from JBLCF-Bacolod and Mdpwn. Shekeina Falco Fajemos from JBLFMU-Molo were crowned as the 2nd Runner-Up.

The prestigious event took center stage at the covered court venue of JBLCF-B as 12 exemplary candidates from three different units: Arevalo, Bacolod and Molo compete for the renowned title.

Last year, these two exceptional Lacsonians were also crowned as king and queen of their respective units during the Mission Objective Week Celebration — with Mdpn. Weller as Mister JBLFMU-Arevalo and Mdpwn. Guzon as Miss JBLCF-Bacolod.
