These four pillars were embodied by Midshipmen Roque Robe-C Felix Armada, Angelo Mari Gonzales, and John Mhar Titular as they advanced to the final cut of the prestigious The Outstanding Students of Iloilo Awards (TOSIA) for the college category, May 7.

Representating John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo), Inc., Midshipmen Armada, Gonzales, and Titular displayed excellence after they undergone a meticulous screening process, essay writing competition and interview evaluation to receive this noteworthy recognition.

TOSIA is a renowned Youth Development Program of JCI Regatta which intends to give due honor and credit to students who are not only outstanding in academics and leadership, but most importantly, have a high sense of social responsibility.

Moreover, JBLFMU-Arevalo has a proud history of producing TOSIA awardees, with last year's delegate, D/C Kezia Camille Tenefrancia, being hailed as a TOSIA Top Circle Awardee, Artisan, and Scholar.
