Mr. Robert O. Parcia is the new administrator of John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo), Inc., succeeding Capt. Alfred G. Espinosa, Ph.D., who served for nearly six years.

The turnover ceremony was held on June 28, at the JBL Hall, featuring speeches from university officials and expressions of gratitude for Capt. Espinosa's leadership.

Moreover, Mr. Parcia previously served at the JBLFMU-Molo unit and his term of office will officially start on July 1.
