In a battle of sway and swag, Mdpn. Dandreb James C. Cangayda of John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo) Inc. partially owned the dance floor as he won the bronze medal in the Iloilo Private Schools Athletic Association (ILOPRISAA) Dance Sports Latin American.

Together with his partner, Mdpwn. Juliene Mae P. Zaldivar from John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Molo) Inc. They both represented the whole JBLFMU system in the said prestigious tournament at Iloilo Doctors College.

On the other hand, Handumanan Circle members; Mdpn. Arnold Sean Quiao and the Handumanan Dance Troupe actively participated to represent the system in the musical and cultural competition.
