On February 6-7, the Lacsonians' Organizational Development Institute (LODI) 2025, a two-day event for student leaders, took place at the host unit, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo), Inc.
The inter-council catered 127 Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Supreme Student Government (SSG), and Student Executive Council (SEC) attendees from other units: John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Molo), Inc. and John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation (Bacolod), Inc.
As part of an interactive event, the Lacsonians were divided into nine groups, each composed of combined members from the Junior High School, Senior High School, and College departments.
This year's guest speaker, D/C Roque Robe Armada IV, former SEC secretary, discussed the essence and hardships of being a good leader while still balancing personal and academic endeavours.
Moreover, there was also a presentation of best practices from the different units from Mdpwn. Antonette Mari Toquero, SSG Executive Auditor from Bacolod; Mdpn. Lance Quisto, SSG President of Molo; Mr. Brave Niño Blanco, SSLG President of Arevalo; and Mdpn. Gabrielle Adrian Evangelista, SEC President of Arevalo.
Themed "Lacsonian Leadership: Values in Action," the program featured team-building activities for the participants, such as creative spelling, lighting of hope, banner-making, cheers and yells, video-making, and laro ng lahi.
