Selected Lacsonian students attended the youth development forum conducted by JCI Regatta as part of The Outstanding Students of Iloilo Awards 2023 with a theme SIBOL: Inspiring Hope, Empowering the Youth.

The delegation, headed by the person In-charge for TOSIA Nominations, Mr. Raymund Benedick Brillantes, was attended by 10 TOSIA hopefuls.

The activity that was held at St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary Auditorium in Jaro, Iloilo City, February 18 was participated in by various public and private high schools/universities and colleges in the City and Province of Iloilo. The purpose of this youth development forum is to provide invaluable insights into how to grow as a leader and will suggest calls to action that one can take to be more effective and impactful.

The resource speakers revolved their calls to action through: Modeling the Way, Inspiring a Vision and Encouraging the Heart.
