On November 8, 2024, JBLFMU-Molo's Community Extension Service Office, in partnership with the Human Resource Department, initiated the Employees' Re-Orientation Activity at the CSM Function Hall. This event aimed to empower and inspire our employees, reaffirming the crucial role they play in fostering community impact.

As the backbone of JBLFMU's outreach initiatives, our employees are essential in driving meaningful programs and services for our partner communities. Through their efforts, JBLFMU continues to stand strong in its mission of impactful community engagement.

The session featured Ms. Mary Mar E. Jaleco, CES Coordinator, and Ms. Krizna Joy C. Belencion, Molo CES Officer, who offered powerful insights on the spirit of volunteerism. Their inspiring messages encouraged all participants to deepen their commitment to service, enhancing JBLFMU’s shared vision of community involvement and transformation.
