The John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Molo Dolphins displayed an exemplary performance at the Western Visayas Regional Athletic Association (WVRAA) 2025 held at Binirayan Swimming Pool Complex San Jose, Antique, March 3-6.

JBLFMU-Molo students, Hans Iñigo Parreno of grade-12 Amsterdam, and Alyssandra Monique B. Sorbito of Grade 11- Markab led their way to victory, where Parreno bagged 3 silver and 4 gold medals, while Sorbito collected 3 silver and 1 bronze medal.

With the guidance of coach Mark Catalan, Brian Caluba, and Ronald Sta. Ana, and being coordinated by Ma'am Ive Sta. Ana and Ma'am April Joy Palma, the team, showcased outstanding performances towards different events, securing awards throughout the competition.

The event ended in favor of the team, claiming the chance to advance to the 65th Palarong Pambansa 2025 that will be held at Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, from May 24 to June 2.
