In a heartfelt tribute to their unwavering dedication and service, the John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Molo Supreme Student Government organized a special celebration earlier today, October 3, to honor the faculty and educators of JBLFMU-Molo in commemoration of World Teachers’ Day, with the theme “Recasting Teaching as a Collaborative Profession.”


The program began with a red carpet walk by university Administrator Engr. Roberto Neal S. Sobrejuanite, followed by the department heads, the faculty of the College of Business and Management, the faculty of the College of Maritime Education, and lastly, the faculty of Basic Education Department.
The program was opened by Engr. Sobrejuanite with a heartfelt message of gratitude to the teachers, acknowledging their willingness to sacrifice everything for the future of the nation.
"Thank you, everyone, for your unwavering commitment to shaping the hearts and minds of students and encouraging every learner to reach their full potential," Engr. Sobrejuanite remarked.


The event featured “Lights, Camera, Action!”, a video-making contest dedicated to honoring teachers who have made a lasting impact on students’ lives or portraying notable teachers, it was followed by a series of fun and engaging games participated in by both faculty and students, aimed at strengthening their connection and camaraderie.
