John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Molo), Inc. delegates brought home multiple awards during the 16th National Food Showdown 2025, held on October 3-4 at Iloilo Convention Center.

With this year’s theme, “Balik Isla: Foraging in the Philippine Countryside,” the delegates from both the student and professional categories brought home the following awards, earning a total of three silver and five bronze medals.
