Instructors of JBLFMU-Molo were elected as Officers of UNIFFIED (United Federation of Filipino-American Educators)
–Western Visayas Chapter for 2021 to 2022. Dr. Victor B. Jaleco was elected as Treasurer, Dr. Claudette B. Laganipa
was elected as Director for Spirituality Development, Engr. Allan A. Roberto as Director for Technology Enhancement,
and Dr. Rolando A. Alimen as president. This organization's vision, mission, and objectives are based on the CHED's
mandates in terms of instruction, research, and community extension services.
