Applicants may be considered for admission if they have completed the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Applicant selection is based on evidence of academic capability demonstrated by college grade-point average, and evidence of motivation for completing the program as demonstrated by the application and letters of recommendation.

a. Certificate of Honorable Dismissal from school last attended
b. Transcript of record (photo copy)
c. NSO Birth Certificate (photo copy)
d. 2-2 by 2 ID
e. Foreign students – CHED ‘s permit to study in the Philippines
