Last August 20, the faculty and staff of John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo), Inc. held a Seminar on Organizational Culture at the JBL Hall.

This seminar aimed to strengthen understanding of the institution's organizational culture and shared responsibilities in fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.

This endeavor aligns with the university’s commitment to the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education (SDG 4), and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8 ).
