Ginpangunahan ni Mr. June Raymund Peter Flores, presidente sang PTA, ang hilikuton para ipabalo sa mga ginakanan ang budget allocation sang organisasyon.
"We have already started constructing the planned restroom facilities, upod sang natapos na nga gym sa unibersidad, this is to provide students to maintain a normal Body Mass Index (BMI)," suno sa PTA President.
Kabahin man sa meeting ang Administrador sang unibersidad, Mr. Robert O. Parcia, DQMR, C/M Virmari Tan, Dean sang unibersidad, Mrs. Elena S. Francisco, PTA Secretary, kag Dr. Ma. Lona T. Torrigue, PTA Treasurer.
Ginhatagan importansya ni Admin ang plano nga pagtigayon sa "pag-fully air-conditioned" sang bilog nga kwarto kag pasilidad sa unibersidad.
"As a parent we must learn how to let our children go, because in this profession it requires a strong will and mental capacity to survive," hambal sang Administrador, nga nagpahanumdom sa mga ginikanan sang mga estudyante.
Gin-anunsyo man ang plano nga ship tour kag family day nga pagahiwaton sa Disyembre.
