𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻, 𝗣𝗧𝗖 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗝𝗕𝗟𝗙𝗠𝗨; 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀


The Philippine Transmarine Carrier (PTC) Inc. and Seaspan Romanian held a Cadetship Program Orientation today, October 23, at the JBL Hall, with a combined total of 171 students from the Arevalo and Molo units in attendance.

Spearheading the orientation was Capt. Mihai-Zaharia, Regional Crewing Representative of Seaspan Romanian, together with Mr. Andre Carlo L. Toribio, Marine Consultant and Support Head of PTC. The orientation aimed to recruit maritime students from this university.

"We want professionals because we want the best for the vessels to come," Capt. Zaharia said.

The said orientation concluded with the speakers responding to students' queries regarding the company's cadetship program.

This activity aligns with the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
